Colibri is a genus of the hummingbird family of birds.
Several bird species such as kestrels and hummingbirds can remain motionless above a point on the ground. They fly into the wind at a speed equal to that of the wind and hover as a result. Most can only hold it for a short period in time.
Hummingbirds, on the other hand, are able to remain in the same place in still air as long as they wish -- they are true hoverers. But even more impressive is the fact that hummingbirds not only can hover they are the only birds that from the hover position can fly in all directions, up, down, forward, backward some even do flips.
By now you understand the relationship with an RPAS. A remotely piloted aircraft in particular the multicopter alikes have these same flying characteristics as the hummingbird.
Like an RPA they have a humming sound which is created by their beating wings which flap at high frequencies.
